The overall goal of the Weekend Medical Academy (WMA) program is to provide a condensed learning and growth opportunity for students about an important and timely healthcare topic and related careers. The WMA program utilizes lectures/interactive discussions, hands-on skills clinics, group projects, career panels, and team building/networking to accomplish this goal.
